[board] Board Meeting AGENDA and Attachments to Vote on

Hello MCBA Board! Please find the agenda for our meeting later today attached. As mentioned in my last email, I am unfortunately unable to access the @marinbees.org email Jim assigned me (not sure why). As a result, I do not have the Zoom link. If someone could kindly send it to my address, watkinssand at icloud.com , I would appreciate it. I am attaching the Agenda, the Meeting Minutes for the August meetings to be voted on (I do not have the electronic version of the July Meeting Minutes), as well as the Hive Dive Agreement and Waiver draft documents circulated on Oct. 9. I do not have the financials that Gary needs us to vote on, but I trust he distributed them via the Board email. If you would like to add anything to the agenda, please let me know Best, SW
