[board] Board Meeting AGENDA and Attachments to Vote on

Folks I am really sick and don’t think I can even handle a zoom call
tonight.  As far as the Treasurer’s report.  The big line item was the
payment of the director liability insurance policy.    Next month’s report
will look a lot better with dues of $2100 showing up from
PayPal.  Again my sincere apologizes for missing tonight’s meeting.
