Hello Everyone I hope you are doing well after this heat wave. In preparation for our upcoming Board Meeting on October 15, please find attached for the Board's review: 1. Updated Board Meeting Minutes - for approval 2. Hive Dive MOU draft - detailing protocols and responsibilities during a Hive Dive. I am not a lawyer, and unfortunately I don't know a lawyer who can review it. I also included a draft waiver form for the hive dives, but we should still need a lawyer to review it.
