[board] Rent at Cabin

Hi,

Great detective work!

And, I believe we can vote via email, if it’s timely and not in person.

1.  I move that we accept Robert's resignation as President.

2.   I move that we approve payment of rent to the American Legion.

3.  I move that we add Paul as a member to the Board.

And, can you please share the bylaws with all?
