[board] Rent at Cabin

I was able to contact Malcolm.  For some reason the Board decided to prepay
the rent in the previous year.  That said, it looks like the rent is due at
the end of June, coinciding with our Fiscal year.

I don't know if the rent will be increased this year.  But last year the
rent was $1,980.  This is the largest annual expenditure of the MCBA and we
have more than sufficient funds in the bank to cover that amount.

Tomorrow, when our terms as Board members begin, we will need to make a few
board resolutions:

1). A motion to Accept Robert's resignation as President
2) A motion to approve payment of rent to the American Legion.
3) A motion to add Paul as a member to the Board.
