[board] Hive dive spreadsheet

Years ago, my company held educational seminars for our salespeople, that
were at no charge to the employees. Many of them did not show up, because
they were not mandatory. The employer paid the fee, even if they no showed.
Solution: charge a nominal fee, so folks take it seriously, and value it
more. One is more likely to take classes seriously, if they have "skin in
the game".
