<div dir="ltr">Years ago, my company held educational seminars for our salespeople, that were at no charge to the employees. Many of them did not show up, because they were not mandatory. The employer paid the fee, even if they no showed. Solution: charge a nominal fee, so folks take it seriously, and value it more. There is a column for you to say whether they are paid. If they are not paid we will ask them to bring their dues to the next hive dive or meeting. </div><div><br></div><div><b>@Justin</b> will conduct the hive dives with my assistance and we are developing guidelines for the attendees and hosting member. For example bring bee suit and water, hive tool and for host any parking instructions. We will also standardize the time of the hive dives.</div><div><br></div><div><b>@Justin</b> please email the attendees for the dive on Monday to confirm their attendance and give them the time and location. Remind them to bring their suit and water.
