[board] 6 frame extractor

Hi-
I spoke with Dadant today regarding the inoperable 6 frame extractor. 
They were able to troubleshoot the problem by video call and will be sending me the necessary parts to repair. 

It is a bushing and screws so the expense should be $20-30 including shipping. I will let you know of my progress and anticipated "back in service" date.
