[board] Some Meeting Place Logistics

I am going through the MCBA checking account statements and I cannot find
any record of MCBA having paid any rent to the American Legion over the
last twelve month period for usage of the cabin. Does anyone know what the
arrangement is?  I would hate to get kicked out of the space for nonpayment
of rent.  ��

Also, who in the MCBA has the keys to open up the facility for our
meetings?  Does Robert have the keys?

I am in the process of trying to close the fiscal books for MCBA (year end
is June 30). I hope to present that report and a preliminary budget for the
upcoming year at our next Board meeting for review and approval.
