<div dir="ltr"><div><br></div><div>I am going through the MCBA checking account statements and I cannot find any record of MCBA having paid any rent to the American Legion over the last twelve month period for usage of the cabin. <span style="background-color:transparent">Does anyone know what the arrangement is?  I would hate to get kicked out of the space for nonpayment of rent.  🫪</span></div><div><span style="background-color:transparent"><br></span></div><div><span style="background-color:transparent">Also, who in the MCBA has the keys to open up the facility for our meetings?  Does Robert have the keys?</span></div><div><span style="background-color:transparent"><br></span></div><div><span style="background-color:transparent">I am in the process of trying to close the fiscal books for MCBA (year end is June 30). I hope to present that report and a preliminary budget for the upcoming year at our next Board meeting for review and approval.    </span></div><div><br></div><div>Gary</div><div><br></div><div><br></div></div>
