[board] Resignation.

Attached is my first draft for a Buzz announcement.  

I think it is extremely important that we simply respond to any inquires with "Robert indicated he didn't think he could fulfill his responsibilities as President and submitted his resignation.  It was shock to everyone."

We have already seen what happens when people start talking out of turn and taking sides in this club.
