Hi,

I think it’s best to create an agenda that aligns with typical non-profit board agendas.
Maybe something like this:

Marin County Beekeepers Association
Board Meeting
June 18, 6:30, via Zoom

6:30 Welcome and call to order

6:35 Create listening agreements (ways in which we can all agree will create a safer space in which we can all participate and be productive together)

6:40 Confirm draft agenda
1. Reviewing our roles, goals and tasks
a. Secretary position
2. What do we want MCBA to be like? What type of culture do we want to create? How can we do this?
3. Additional discussions – upcoming tasks, questions, future board meetings

6:45 Reviewing our roles, goals and tasks
a. Secretary position

7:15 What do we want MCBA to be like? What type of culture do we want to create? How can we do this?

7:30 Additional discussions – upcoming tasks, questions, future board meetings

7:45 Adjourn
