Hi,
Wondering if you could meet via zoom another day. I think it’s easier to plan, pivot and reflect with time in between, i.e. not the day of.
Just my thoughts.

>> 6:00 PM – Members gather in the bar area for refreshments and an opportunity to socialize with fellow beekeepers.
>> 6:30 PM – Meeting begins upstairs with a formal welcome and member introductions, hosted by Justin, Paul, Dana, and other board members.
>> 7:00 PM – 7:15 PM – President’s update on current hive conditions, seasonal beekeeping considerations, and words of wisdom.
>> 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM – Featured educational lecture or presentation.
>> I am very excited to help plan our upcoming meetings and educational programs. I believe this format will provide a great balance of fellowship, club business, and quality beekeeping education.

>> Additionally, I would like to propose that we schedule our board meetings for the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 PM, approximately two weeks after our general club meeting. If there are no objections, we can begin planning around those dates moving forward.
