Hi All-
Attached is the agenda for the July Board and Board minutes from June and our Board activity in July.
Please let me know if you want to add to the agenda.

I suggest we cap our meetings at 60-90 minutes and if we need more time, we schedule an overflow meeting for the following week to address the outstanding issues.   We may need the 90 minutes this time due to our robust agenda.

Please check out your technology prior to the meeting so we can get started at 630pm.
