Good question.  The insurance asked how many people anticipated to attend per event.  I used 40 people times 12 events = 480 people.  
 
As an FYI.   I played with the cost a little bit.  The cost of 4 people x 12 events was $107 so there really isn't a material difference whether you have 4 or 40.     
 
I do like the idea of 480 people per event.  But that would exceed the legal capacity of the log cabin so that is a different issue but a problem I would love for us to have!
