[board] Please read and respond

I can clean up the buzz list, adding any members that aren't currently on it. Should I also remove/unsubscribe non-members (those whose membership isn't up-to-date - possibly emailing them that this is about to happen and encourage them to renew)?
What about asking Mea or Lynette Denison if they're interested in the position of president.
