[board] Bee booth stuff

Hi,

Just wanted to let you know that I picked up the stuff in the bee booth.
And, I spoke with Cecil, who is open to storing some bee club stuff (no big equipment and no canopy) and wants her/4H stuff back.
Her items include:  the box with all the foto frames, a veil, smoker, stuffed animal, book stands, 1 table cloth, magnifying glasses, etc. 
She said that we could borrow those items when we want.

I believe that we should find a central place to hold all the bee stuff (minus her 4H things) and have the bee club purchase some of the similar items that belong to 4H, so we can be sure to have them for events.

Just want to put it on your radar.
