[board] Log Cabin rental -ASAP

I agree.
Thanks, Gary, for all this work on the lease.

And, last night’s meeting was great!
The vibe, the participation, the comments.  People were really happy!

It really takes a village. And, this board is getting it done!

And, I would like to see if we can add David to the board as a “member at large.”
