[board] Log Cabin rental -ASAP

[Paul Reulbach]

I suggest we hold a social event in August (potluck ) either at Neil and
Mary’s or the log cabin. Let's see how they are feeling about hosting. I
agree to extend the lease to 12 months. Paul
