Sylvia:

As Paul stated, we are thrilled to have you join us!   I am so  happy that
you will be able to join us at the retreat.   We will be discussing a MCBA
mission and vision statement.   More importantly, we will discuss ways to
move the organization forward relative to those statements.  I am attaching
a copy of our MCBA By-Laws for your reference.   Article II of the By-Laws
include the purpose of the MCBA.  Obviously this is very relevant to our
Mission and Vision statement.

Again welcome aboard!  It will be fun!
