[board] Fwd: [Buzz] Nominations for President DUE TODAY

Only 1 person was nominated for president.  Do we need to vote and send out
ballots for just 1 person?  I don’t remember anyone volunteering to send
out ballots.  Why don’t we just send out an email declaring Paul our new
president?
