[board] board member updates

[Jim Lawson]

I've removed myself from the president at marinbees.org <mailto:president at marinbees.org> group, and removed Paul from the secretary at marinbees.org <mailto:secretary at marinbees.org> group. Sylvia is now the official secretary at marinbees.org <mailto:secretary at marinbees.org> and as a board member, she should be receiving any email sent to board at marinbees.org <mailto:board at marinbees.org> (which forwards to board at marinbeekeepers.org <mailto:board at marinbeekeepers.org> - you should never need to send to both).
