You can contact the Dedant's manufacturing location 217-852-3324 to see if they can help trouble shoot the situation. We don't have and extra extractor to pull parts from. Likely, you need to order a new motor and install. Let me know if you need more advice.

Do we have any extra extractors that are out of commission that I can swap the motors so we can get the six frame back into working condition? Let me know. I will also contact Dadant to see the cost of a new motor. Paul
