[board] email solicitation for member skills

Here is the email I propose sending to the buzz to get references to the skills we'd like the board to have access to.

Dear members,
	The MCBA board is looking for members with the following skills to help the board with management of the association and its resources:

- a graphic designer to help design MCBA logo and swag,
- a librarian to manage the association's lending library,
- someone familiar with grant writing to help the board submit grant proposals,
- a webmaster to help design and manage the association's website and membership database,
- a lawyer to help review waivers and policies for association activities,
- someone to help store and manage the association's equipment (honey extractors, donated equipment, ...)

If you or someone you know has any of these desired skills and would be willing to volunteer their services for a few hours per month, please get in touch with Jim Lawson (communications at marinbees.org <mailto:communications at marinbees.org>).
