[board] Peterson Extractor out of commission

[Paul Reulbach]

I got a call from a member in Mill Valley who borrowed the club extractor
from David Peterson. It had a problem while extracting and sounds like the
motor is burnt. I am going to pick it up and assess the damage. More info
to follow.
