[board] board email list postings

[Jim Lawson]

I've tried to set things up so you can post to the buzz and (recently moved) events list from either your official (e.g: president at marinbees.org <mailto:president at marinbees.org>) or individual (e.g.: paul at marinbees.org <mailto:paul at marinbees.org>) email addresses without requiring moderation, but your marinbees.org <http://marinbees.org/> addresses shouldn't receive postings to those lists.
This is an attempt. My first one failed, so this may not work either, so do let me know if you encounter problems.
