[board] new board setup
Jim Lawson
communications at marinbees.org

Dana and David have requested the use of their non-marinbees.org email addresses for their official group communications. Robert has expressed similar preferences in the past. With Jennifer's use of roles and updating the groups to allow members outside the organization, I think we can accommodate this request.
Any objections to allowing non-marinbees.org email addresses for official organization email?

I suggest they coordinate between them and they each only respond to one of the two requests for confirmation. It might be easiest if they do it one at a time and send email to the other when they've made their default email address "outreach at marinbees.org".
