Although this email is addressed to your personal email accounts, all board members should now have accounts on marinbees.org, and should be receiving email at their official board addresses:
education at marinbees.org -> justinstrom at marinbees.org
communications at marinbees.org -> jim at marinbees.org
outreach at marinbees.org -> danapepp at marinbees.org, tom at marinbees.org
membership at marinbees.org -> jim at marinbees.org
president at marinbees.org -> jenniferberry at marinbees.org, robert at marinbees.org

In order to automatically have official email come from your official board email address, please do the following:
- login to Google Mail with your @marinbees.org address (I believe Jennifer distributed initial passwords)
- click on the "Settings" icon (top right gear icon)
- click on "See all settings"
- click on "Accounts" in the top list of settings
- if you haven't already done so, change your password to something only you will know
  - click on "Google Account Settings" (this should bring up a new tab/window)
  - click on "Google Password"
  - enter new password
  - close this tab and return to the "Settings" / "Accounts" tab
- in the "Send mail as:" section, click on "Add another email address"
- enter your official board email address in the Email address box
  - Justin -> education at marinbees.org
  - Dana and Tom -> outreach at marinbees.org
  - Robert -> president at marinbees.org
  - David -> secretary at marinbees.org
  - Gary -> treasurer at marinbees.org
- ensure "Treat as an alias" is checked
- click on "Next Step"
- in the "Add another email address you own" "Verify your email address" window, click on "Send Verification"
- go back to your marinbees.org email inbox and open the "marinbees.org Confirmation - Send Mail as <group>@marinbees.org" and follow the directions
- go back to "Settings" -> "See all settings" -> "Accounts" and click on "<group>@marinbees.org make default"
Dana and Tom will need to be treated specially since they both should change their default email address. There will end up being two "requests for confirmation" emails for their email group/role. I suggest they coordinate between them and they each only respond to one of the two requests for confirmation. It might be easiest if they do it one at a time and send email to the other when they've made their default email address "outreach at marinbees.org".
Note: this only affects email sent from the marinbees.org accounts. It won't affect email sent from your non-marinbees.org account. I suggest you only use the marinbees.org account for organization email and don't sign up the account for any mailing list.
To keep a record of your communications (outbound as well as inbound) please use "Reply All" or otherwise ensure that your
	 "<group>@marinbees.org"
is Cc'd on any official group communication.
