[board] By Laws and Expenses

Board Members:
Please find attached two documents.

The first is a copy of the By-Laws that govern the MCBA.

The second is a reimbursement form.  To ensure transparency of our
finances, individuals who purchase supplies, materials or equipment
exclusively for the purpose of the MCBA will need to complete this form for
reimbursement of those expenses.   Receipts or invoices should be attached
to the form.

Please let me know if you are not able to open PDF documents and if not
what is your performed format.
