[board] July 23 - board retreat - PLEASE CONFIRM!

Hi,

Can everyone meet on July 23rd, from 6:30 - 8:30?
I know Tom cannot.  And, he’s away most of July and August and I think it’s important that we meet in July.

Please confirm.
