Just a thought.  Shouldn't we go ahead and define what are the roles and responsibilities of the President and other positions?  Robert seemed to have a very different vision of what his role was as President than did some of the rest of us.  I think that this might be part of the problem we are currently finding ourselves in.   
 
I am asking because the role of the President going forward (hopefully) is going to be much different from what it has historically been (right?).  For example, with Justin now leading education...he will be playing a major role in helping to set up the monthly speakers and presentations at our monthly members meetings.  In the past, that has pretty much fallen on the President.   With a more clearly defined role as what is expected of the President, more individuals might be interested in the position.  Before we rush into trying to get a new president, I think we need to clearly define what that role will be. 
 
Finally. I am happy in my role as Treasurer and definitely not interested in the President position.
