[board] July 2 Meeting and Lecture Scheduling

Hello Board Members,

Our next association meeting falls on July 2, which is the same weekend as
the Marin County Fair. I'm looking for your thoughts on whether we should
proceed with the meeting and schedule a guest lecture, or cancel the
meeting for that month.

Since it is a busy holiday weekend and many families may have travel plans,
attendance could be lower than usual. If the board feels it would be
worthwhile, I can still arrange a speaker for July. Alternatively, I can
focus on scheduling a lecture that would cover the following two months
instead.

Please let me know your thoughts so I can move forward with planning.
