[board] Speaking opportunity for MCBA

I assume this would fall under Justin's preview and responsibilities but...?

At the MCBA fair booth today, the President of The Rotary Club of Ignacio
dropped by to introduce himself.  He wanted to invite someone from the MCBA
to come to one of their meetings and provide about a 25 minute speaking
presentation at one of their future luncheons.  They will pick up your
lunch.

We had a steady flow of people at the booth today and it was fun.  It was
great having business cards with our organization's website on there.
Several people expressed interest in becoming beekeepers and/or learning
more and even a few existing Marin beekeepers who were unaware the MCBA
existed.  Obviously, we invited all of these people to our meetings and to
join us.  In the future, we should have a sign up sheet for individuals who
want more information so we can follow up with them directly regarding
their interest. .

We even had a woman come by because she learned we (MCBA) were there and
she had a honeybee swarm into a hollow tree trunk in her yard,  She wanted
someone to remove them.  I told her about how to report a swarm on our
webpage.  She stated she had already done so and got no response.  So as to
not debate her, I went ahead and got her name, phone number and address in
San Rafael and  passed that along to Jim to put out on  swarm list.
