[board] Log Cabin rental -ASAP

I have finally heard back from the American Legion.   Our lease agreement
expired on June 6th and covered 10 months a year, excluding the months of
July and August  as the club went "dark" those two months.   Obviously they
will want to be paid for last night's meeting in our new rental agreement.
That brings up the question, are we going to be at the Cabin in August?

I will be working them as to cost but need to know if we want eleven or
twelve months?  At this point I don't have any numbers, only that they want
to get paid for last night's meeting.  Funny, how it took a meeting to get
their attention.  I had left voice messages and emails earlier.  I
know..."just get er done!"

Great meeting last night!
