[board] Secretary Vacancy

Does anyone know this individual?

Although our By-laws require one year of membership, I hate to shut out
anybody who wants to volunteer.  So here are my thoughts.

*  IF *we don't have anyone else who meets the qualification requirements,
maybe we accept this person as the "interim" Secretary to the Board with an
understanding that they will not become the actual Secretary until such
time as they meet the one year requirement and an election for that
position will be held.  While we will include them in our Board meetings,
but they will not be eligible to vote in the "interim" capacity,

I would sincerely welcome other Board members thoughts on this matter,

new member and joined in April this year, so if I am not eligible, that is
