[board] Scheduling conflict on Sept 10

[Gary Denison]

My apologies to everyone but I have a scheduling conflict with our
September Board retreat. I will be traveling in South Dakota from Sept 9th
through Sept 21st. Missing the Sturgis ride by about a month! 🫠
