[board] new board members mailng list (take 4)

[Jim Lawson]

You should have received your welcome message to the new board at marinbeekeepers.org mailing list. Before announcing this to the club, I want to ensure it works as intended. Only board members are subscribed to this list, but anyone can post.
Fell free to send an email or two (especially from a non-subscribed address).
(This is my fourth attempt to send email to the list).
