[board] Board meeting this Thursday at 7

I'm planning on attending in person. I'll bring wine and appetizers.

I'd like to put the following items on the agenda:
 - web-site updates ("minor" swarm list changes),
 - move mailing lists from emwd/Affinity to BlueHost (save $300/yr),
 - upgrade hosting from current shared server to private server (possibly move to new provider),
 - major web-site changes (clean up "users" and allow members to maintain authentication credentials on the web-site)
   - maintain membership database on web-site (could be part of CRM integration)
   - support for equipment requests/management
   - support for new swarm list protocol
