<div dir="ltr"><div>Recognizing that our Directors retreat has a limited time and purpose, I would like to bring two matters to the Board/</div><div><br></div>1). We need a board action (motion/second/vote) to pay the bill for our Directors and Officers liability insurance. The annual premium is $857. <div><br></div><div>The board has previously agreed to continue with the insurance to ensure against any litigation that might arise for activities conducted by the MCBA (hive dives, fair days, etc).</div><div><br></div><div>2). Month end July and August reports. Column added to show prior year actual and current year budget.</div><div><br></div><div>Highlights July: Board agreed to renew and extend lease for Log Cabin along with the necessary liability insurance</div><div><br></div><div>Highlight Aug: One member paid their dues (cash), received Money for our participation at Marin county fair, <span style="background-color:transparent">Supplies purchased for Fair, (prior board approval obtained).
