<div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr">Board:<div>As mentioned in my message about renewing the lease agreement, there was a requirement in the lease for a $1 million liability insurance policy covering our events held at the log cabin.  Checking in with Malcolm (previous treasurer) this has been standard practice in the past.  </div><div><br></div><div>Consequently, I have renewed our coverage at a cost of $171.  That cost covers the 12 dates that we will be at the Log Cabin through our lease expiring after our July 2027 meeting..</div><div><br></div><div>In paying this expense, I "assumed" that this expenditure was part and parcel to the Board's consent to extend the lease but to ensure transparency, I am <span style="background-color:transparent">making a motion, asking for a second and for the board's subsequent approval of this expense.  </span></div><div><span style="background-color:transparent"><br></span></div><div><span style="background-color:transparent">Gary</span></div></div>
