   <span style="font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt;">I have checked with US Bank about trying to get the signatures changed on the clubs accounts there.   They are requiring a copy of the Board minutes showing the newly elected slate of officers.   I know we are pretty informal but can the Secretary produce a set of Board minutes noting that an election took place and that a new slate of officers were elected and certified?</span>
